Nice day for photos :-) a storm was moving in and the clouds were amazing.  Shadows... bright spots... textures... and breezes combined to make this photo shoot a joy instead of work.  Your daily experience on this parcel of land will be the same.  The weather will change... daily... the Ocean Breezes will come daily... but Summer or Winter as shown... this is a weather paradise that is unbeatable.  Many many extreme view sites can never have guest parking for large parties.  Many barely have room to park one car... or turn it around.  And...
